Currently, we ship to all Canadian provinces.
Canadian customers can browse and shop our website in their local currency. Product prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties & import fees. Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.

We offer Standard shipping via FedEx. Shipping for orders up to $59.99 USD costs $16.99 USD. Orders over $60 USD ship for free. We estimate you will receive your order within 5 business days of its ship date pending clearance. Please note this is just an estimate as we cannot predict carrier and custom delays, especially during peak shopping season, or under severe weather conditions.
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipping to Canada may be required to pay taxes and duties upon delivery. Customers will be responsible for paying the required duties & taxes upon delivery and the shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes. Knowledge and payment of these fees is the responsibility of the customer and will not reimbursed by Verilux. For more information, please check with your local customs before placing your order.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Verilux Warranty is intended to cover defective products. We warrant our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 to 3 years from the date of the original purchase. Please see the product page or your product manual for the specific length of your product’s warranty.
For any product within its warranty period, a replacement product will be sent out in a timely manner.
You may also register your Verilux product to receive premium benefits, including an extended product warranty of 1 additional year! To take advantage of this and other benefits, fill out our Product Registration form. It only takes a few minutes.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Our warranty excludes bulbs and replacement parts. However, all bulbs and replacement parts have a 60-Day 100% Happiness Guarantee.
RETURNS
Our products are backed by our 60 day money back guarantee. If you have purchased a Verilux product or accessory from verilux.com within the last 60 days and would like to return it, simply contact our customer support team to receive a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling costs. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, and shipped back in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Taxes, duties & import fees are not refundable by Verilux. If you wish to apply for a duty & tax refund please contact the Canada Border Services Agent.
